This week, we learned that Joe Giudice will be deported next year after he finishes serving his 41 months behind bars.
This is heartbreaking news for Joe, Teresa, and their daughters.
But the The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is, according to reports by RadarOnline and Entertainment Tonight, not planning on following her husband to Italy.
In fact, if he loses his appeal and does end up getting shipped off, she may file for divorce.
And she has a lot of good reasons to do so. Take a look:

All marriages end one way or another, but Teresa and Joe are being separated by the court -- and soon, by an ocean.
