Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Finalize Divorce After 3 YEAR Separation!

Well, it's never pleasant when a couple gets divorced, but in this case, the news might be cause for celebration.

After three years of ups, downs, rehabs, relapses, marriage counseling, and accusations of nanny-banging, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have finalized their divorce.

Radar Online is reporting today that a judgment in Affleck and Garner's court case was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court today.

Which means that for the first time since 2005, Ben and Jen are both legally single.

The emphasis here is on "legally." 

Garner is dating businessman John Miller these days, and Ben may or may not still be involved with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

Not only does the selection of current partners speak volumes about the difference in personalities and priorities that likely contributed to the couple's decision to split, it also serves as a reminder of how long it's been since these two parted ways.

When Ben and Jen separated, Obama was in office and Batman was most recently portrayed on screen by Christian Bale.

Hell, Affleck had a whole long-term relationship with Lindsay Shookus -- complete with marriage rumors -- between his relationships with Garner and Sexton.

Affleck has been to rehab at least twice in the time since he parted ways with Garner.

We say this not to shame the guy, but to point out that it has been a really long time since he moved out of the home he once shared with Garner.

To be fair, the process didn't take so long simply due to indecisiveness on Ben and Jen's parts (though there was certainly some of that.)

In fact, it had a bit to do with Affleck's multiple rehab stints and Garner's desire to do right by her kids.

Sources close to the former couple say Jen wanted to work out an amicable custody arrangement before finalizing the divorce but couldn't bring herself to trust Affleck alone with the kids until he got serious about getting sober.

At some point in the past few months, he was apparently able to convince her, as Affleck filed divorce papers while still in rehab

And so ends one of the great love stories of the 21st Century.

At least Ben still has Matt Damon.

Teresa Giudice Hasn't Had Sex in Well Over Two Years

In the eyes of Teresa Giudice and her loved ones, Joe Giudice has been screwed over by the American justice system.

This is their takeaway after a judge sentenced that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star must actually be deported back to his native country of Italy after he gets released from prison in 2019.

But while Teresa and her four kids think their loved one has gotten the shaft as a result of this decision, Giudice admitted something to Andy Cohen this week.

She hasn't gotten Joe's shaft in well over two years.

By which we mean the following:

Teresa has not had sexual intercourse in a very, very, VERY long time.

“There have always been rumors that you and Joe were going to get divorced, and now he’s been away and my poor girl has not had sex in a long time ‘cause there’s no conjugal visits,” Cohen said while chatting with Giudice on Watch What Happens Live.

“Two years and seven months. I’m counting," Teresa said in response.

Such a dry spell would appear to spell doom for a marriage, although Teresa swears she isn't gonna split from Joe.

Instead, this lack of boning can be more connected to a simple lack of time Teresa and Joe have had together.

Not because they are working long hours or anything like that...

... but because Teresa was in jail for 11 months and then, as soon as she was freed, Joe was placed behind bars to begin his prison sentence for bankruptcy and other types of financial fraud.

Both husband and wife pleaded guilty to these charges in 2014.

As a result, they haven't exactly had time to much hanky or panky in the years since.

In October, a judge ordered Joe to be deported to his native Italy after his release from prison. He plans to appeal the ruling.

Will Teresa be by his side throughout the process?

Will she ever be back under his naked body ever again?

Only time will tell, folks.

Patricia Altschul Shades Ashley Jacobs in Scathing Tweet

Despite some fan speculation, viewers won't see Ashley Jacobs return to Southern Charm next season.

Ashley confirmed that on social media, claiming that it was her choice.

Patricia Altschul isn't letting that claim stand unchallenged, and mocked Ashley's post. Did she go too far?

"After a lot of prayerful consideration," Ashley announced on Instagram. "I have decided not to return to Southern Charm next season."

There was more to her announcement, and we'll get to that.

But right now, let's look at what one of the reigning Southern Charm stars has to say.

The absolute legend that is Patricia Altschul saw Ashley's announcement and decided to parody it with an announcement of her own.

"After prayerful consideration," Patricia tweeted. "I’ve decided to decline the Nobel Peace Prize and the swimsuit cover of Sports Illustrated."

Patricia Altschul is a delight.

It is clear by the implication of her tweet that, as far as she is concerned, Ashley was never considered for an invitation to return to the show.

That's not so surprising -- Ashley was never a real cast member, and was only paid for her appearance at the reunion special.

She was Thomas Ravenel's girlfriend, and Thomas is never returning to Bravo.

(Thomas will, in fact, stand trial for sexual assault based upon the chilling allegations made by his children's former nanny)

Patricia received a lot of cheering after her shady tweet.

Others, however, felt that she was taking things too hard.

"Quit being a bully," demanded one Twitter denizen. "Move on."

"You’re too old to continue these shenanigans," the tweeter told Patricia.

(Poking at Patricia Altschul's age isn't just rude -- it also makes your words about bullying sound a little hollow)

Patricia dismissed that particular tweet as sour grapes -- possibly from Ashley herself under a fake social media account.

Despite the implication that Ashley never had the option of returning to Southern Charm, her Instagram post explained her reasoning.

"I’ve been blessed with an amazing career, family, & friends," she wrote.

"And," Ashley continued. "I don’t want to put those things in jeopardy for a reality tv show."

"Honestly," she shared. "I considered filming again because I desperately want to tell my side of the story."

"But after experiencing how unfair the editing process can be," she explained. "I don’t think I’ll ever have a fair shot."

"I appreciate you all following me throughout this journey," Ashley concluded.

We're glad that Ashley seems to have found some peace.

Given the damage to her image as well as the visibly detrimental effects that stardom exacted upon her health, maybe it's best that Ashley not return.

(Not everyone should be a reality star, and that is perfectly okay -- Ashley is a registered nurse)

There are conflicting reports over who made this call.

Ashley and some sources say that she was offered the chance to return to the show and try to work her way into the inner circle.

Other sources -- and Patricia Altschul --  say that she was never considered, because she was never really a star.

As you can see, the other ladies of Southern Charm are getting on just fine without Ashley.

But we don't think that it's fair to call Patricia's words "bullying."

It's a shady tweet from a reality star to her former co-star.

If it were racist or homophobic or misogynistic or something along those lines, maybe.

Instead, it was one woman who appeared on a reality show mocking another. That goes with the territory.

Also, it's worth noting that Patricia was overtly friendly to Ashley when she first joined the show.

It was Ashley's behavior during her brief stint on Southern Charm that made Patricia feel repulsed.

Tamera Mowry: Actress Searches For Niece Missing In Thousand Oaks Shooting

As you've likely heard by now, another mass shooting (the 304th such incident in 2018 thus far) took place last at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California.

The establishment was hosting an event geared toward college students.

13 are reported dead in the incident, including the shooter, identified as a 28-year-old ex-Marine named David Ian Long.

At least 10 others were injured in the incident, and several were in the bar Wednesday night remain unaccounted for, possibly because medical staff have been unable to identify them.

One of the missing patrons is Alaina Housley, the niece of Sister, Sister star Tamera Mowry and her husband, former Fox News correspondent Adam Housley.

Mowry and Housley received word that their niece was among the missing early this morning.

Immediately, they began to try and determine her whereabouts.

Mowry began combing social media, where she's been in contact with Alaina's roommate, a fellow college student identified only as Ashley.

“Ashely this is her aunt Tamera Mowry Housley. Can you please DM me your information?”

Mowry asked after the well-being of Alaina's friends and was assured that all of the other girls had returned home safely.

"Yes, all the other girls are safe," said Ashley, after revealing that she had no new information about Alaina.

“Woke up shocked. Please pray. Please pray. I am numb," Mowry tweeted.

Housley, who has been, checking in with area hospitals and police stations has asked his Twitter followers to pray for his niece.

"Please pray if you believe....pray," he tweeted, later referring to his niece as “a beautiful soul.”

Housley revealed that he was not allowed to search for his niece in the nearby Los Robles Hospital, as the facility was on lockdown.

He also tweeted that Alaina's Apple Watch and iPhone revealed that her location as inside the bar at the time of the shooting.

“My gut is saying she’s inside the bar, dead,” he said.

“I’m hoping I’m wrong.”

This morning, Mowry updated fans with the sad news that Alaina still has not bee located.

“We haven’t found her yet,” Mowry tweeted. “It’s been 7 hrs since the shooting.”

Our thoughts go out to Mowry and her entire family.

Here's hoping that Alaina returns home safely.

Paola Mayfield Claps Back as Body-Shamers Accuse Her of Being Too Sexy

90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield doesn't let haters get her down.

She's a fitness model who loves her body, and she'll flaunt her baby bump in a bathtub if she sees fit.

But her new video has followers accusing her of posting "porn."

As you are about to see, Paola Mayfield showed off the changes that her pregnancy is making to her body.

"Everything is growing so much," she wrote in the caption. "And it is not only my belly."

Pregnancy can have a drastic impact on your entire body.

"I thought it was going to be hard to see all of these changes," Paola admits.

"But," she continues. "To be honest I’ve been enjoying being pregnant."

"I feel lucky and blessed to have such an amazing pregnancy," she gushes.

This was the new footage of her that, as you'll soon see, got her followers so riled up.

"I’ve been using the extra delicious calories to build muscle while working out," she shares.

"But of course," she admits. "I’ve gained weight."

Paola then continues: "but to be honest that doesn’t bother me at all."

It doesn't bother her "because at the end I know how to get back to the way I was and I like it #noregrets."

"The most important" thing, she notes. "Is that my little angel is growing strong and healthy."

Even before the hateful trolls could fill up her mentions, Paola knew to head them off.

"*Before the #momshaming start with the blah blah blah comments," she added as a note. "Let me tell you this."

"No, I'm not worried what my kid’s friends will say about me when they see my photos or videos," Paola affirms.

"That is way [too far] down the road for me to even worry about," she explains.

"Plus," she notes. "I haven’t even pushed this baby out yet lol!"

We hope that in the dozen or so years before baby Mayfield has friends with free reign on social media, society will view women more fairly.

Paola is a fitness model, and she says that pregnancy hasn't altered her career goals.

"I’m not changing just because I’m pregnant or becoming a mom," Paola affirms.

Good for her!

"I was proud before of who I am," Paola writes. "And what I’ve done."

"So," Pao concludes. "There’s nothing to be ashamed of."

She is absolutely right, and has been just right all along. Sadly, not all of her followers see it that way.

As they have all along at Paola's previous pregnancy pics and videos, mom-shamers and body-shamers crawled out of the woodwork.

"Have some respect for yourself!" demaned one hater. "You’re about to be a mother for God sakes!"

Sometimes, self-respect is loving your body instead of being ashamed of it.

"Maybe U should focus more on your marriage and baby rather than your body," suggested another shamer.

Her marriage is fine and her baby is healthy.

Then another accused Pao of posting "porn" and insisted that she get "some self respect and modesty."

Anyone who thinks that an innocuous Instagram video of a non-nude pregnant woman is "porn" has some truly alarming tastes.

There was nothing pornographic about Paola's video.

She showed the cheeks of her butt, as she has done countless times before, both as a model and as a human being who goes to the beach.

There is of course nothing wrong with sex work, but Paola was not engaging in that.

She's just showing her body in the mirror.

Some people won't be satisfied until every woman dons a nun's habit.

Joseph Duggar & Kendra Caldwell: Rare Pic of Their Son Leaks Online!

It's been five months since Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell welcomed their first child -- a boy named Garrett,-- and it seems the new parents decided to raise their son in a fashion that's very unusual in his family.

Typically Duggar women -- even the ones who marry into the Counting On clan -- eagerly share every moment of their infants' lives on social media.

But not Kendra.

In fact, Joe and Kendra have shared exactly one photo of Garrett since the day he was born.

The pic showed Kendra standing with sister-in-law Joy-Anna, and it seemed to be the couple's way of confirming that he had arrived and was in perfect health.

The decision to keep such a low profile has struck some fans as odd.

After all, Kendra's pregnancy was the subject of TV special, and she and Joe have never seemed press-shy in the past.

So while we may not know why Joe and Kendra have chosen to keep their child off of social media, most fans seem to agree that it's important to respect their privacy.

Perhaps that's why so many were surprised to see little Garrett pop up in a photo posted not by Joe, but by his sister Jinger Duggar:

That's a photo of some sort of Duggar family meeting, and there's Garrett and Kendra, front and center.

To be fair, Kendra and Joe probably don't mind that the pic was shared by Jinger, and she probably even got their permission first.

It's just interesting the young couple break with tradition in such an unexpected way.

Of course, this pic is interesting for a number of different reasons.

For one thing, it's a rare reminder of the business side of the Duggars' media empire.

Like most reality stars, the Duggars would prefer that fans think of them as a humble group of regular folks who simply live out their lives in front of TV cameras.

But there's much, much more to it than that.

Jim Bob carefully crafted a business model, and he's passed his secrets on to his kids, who are clearly very invested in keeping the gravy train rolling.

The photo is also of note due to the fact that it's perpetuating rumors that Joy-Anna Duggar is hiding a baby bump.

Is her positioning behind the table coincidental or strategic?

It may be sometime before we know for sure, but you can bet the truth will come out eventually.

After all, the Duggars generally aren't too concerned with privacy.

George Clooney and Amal: Is the Marriage Over?!?

According to a bombshell new tabloid report, Brad Pitt may have a new wingman the next time he goes to pick up ladies at a bar.

Because while George Clooney may appear to have a happy and healthy marriage on the outside, the latest issue of In Touch Weekly alleges that the actor may soon join his close pal Pitt in bachelorhood.

Indeed, for just about the first time since he married wife Amal four years ago, there are now rumors that the relationship is in trouble.

Serious trouble.

Major trouble, says an anonymous source.

“They’ve been living apart and sleeping in separate bedrooms for months, and it’s putting a lot of stress on the marriage,” claims this insider, who the magazine swears really does exist and really does know stuff about the famous twosome.

The stars welcomed twins into the world in June of 2017 and not much has been written about their romance since.

This could mean that they are just off being content and in love and there hasn't been any drama to report on...

... or it could mean the marriage really is faltering and the couple can't even put a fake smile on in public together.

This same article says that Clooney looked "tired" at his October 26 Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills, which isn't necessarily a sign that he's on the verge of a divorce.

However, going strictly by these In Touch quotes, it does sound like the 57-year-old star’s union could be to blame.

“They’ve been having problems,” this same insider claims. “George is stressed, and he isn’t sleeping.”

George and Amal exchanged vows married on September 27, 2014, at the Aman Canal Grande hotel in Venice, Italy.

For years and years, of course, Clooney was considered unattainable by most of the free world.

He has been married previously and spoke in bitter tones about the experience and clearly had a grand time playing the female field as a leading man in Hollywood.

But the heart wants what the heart wants and you can't fight true love.

Clooney realized why both of these sayings hold true upon meeting Amal.

Unfortunately, it now appears as if the significant step the couple had after getting married - becoming parents of twins Ella and Alexander - is creating a troublesome obstacle between the parents.

The magazine says that George wants to move back to Los Angeles full time with his wife and 17-month old kids, but Amal thinks they should reside in London.

This sort of situation would be difficult to navigate for any first-time mother and father -- but George and Amal are doing this for the first time with two babies!

That's twice as many babies as the average parents must deal with.

"When George and Amal found out it was twins they were surprised, but also a little scared because they both had said that one was enough,” a different source had previously told In Touch.

This doesn't mean they don't love both of their children, of course.

It mostly just means Clooney may have a reason for fatigue aside from marital trouble:

He's 57 years old and has two toddlers at home!

Abby Lee Miller Returns to Dance Moms, Still Unable to Walk

This summer, we reported that Abby Lee Miller was holding Dance Moms auditions despite continuing to undergo chemo treatments.

Now, those auditions have borne fruit.

Despite fears that she will never walk again, Miller has returned to work -- and is filming for Dance Moms.

On Tuesday, November 6, Abby Lee Miller shared this photo on Instagram.

"Grrrrrrrr!!!!" she wrote in the captions. "Back to the daily grind."

That means that she is officially back to work filming Dance Moms.

It has been more than a year and a half since she departed the show (which was a couple of months before she reported to prison).

"Comment if you can guess what we’re shooting today?" she asks her fans.

She also shared a weirder pic.

Then there is this photo that we would be at a loss to explain without the caption.

"I think this dancer is finished making QUICK CHANGES from 1 Costume to another!!!" Miller captions the pic.

It's a very goofy photo and, without that context, we'd never have guessed that it was a costume change.

Miller concluded her caption: "Thanks to all for a great day of work!"

Well, that's certainly a behind-the-scenes look that you don't see every day.

Abby Lee Miller is no longer staying in rehab.

As you can see in this photo (which has been edited, but she's fighting cancer and it's very understandable), she enjoyed pumpkin season.

Unfortunately, reports say that Miller's departure from rehab in September had less to do with being on the mend.

They had more to do with money.

Receiving around-the-clock care is expensive.

Now she is at home and remains unable to walk.

From the beginning, before she was even diagnosed, her Burkitt lymphoma manifested in the form of creeping paralysis.

Doctors initially assumed that she had an infection, and performed an emergency spinal surgery.

Upon examining her spine, however, doctors discovered that she did not have an infection, but a rare form of non-Hodgkins lymphoma known as Burkitt lymphoma.

Burkitt is generally found in children, where it has a high recovery rate.

This fast-spreading cancer is rarer in adults, where recovery rates are said to be somewhat lower.

The good news is that fast-spreading cancers are typically more receptive to treatment than slow-spreading but resilient cancers.

That is a small comfort, but you take good news when you can.

Adding insult to injury, Miller was still at a halfway home when she received this diagnosis.

That's right. Last summer she entered prison to begin serving her 366-day sentence.

She hadn't yet been fully released by the state of California (a halfway house is not freedom, folks) before she began this serious cancer battle.

We've been deservedly harsh on Miller, but she does not deserve to be fighting for her life.

But now Miller is back to work.

We hope that her health will continue to improve.

Her wig is very close to her natural hair and it looks like she's approaching Dance Moms with a positive attitude.

Sometimes, that's all that you can do.

We should note that Lifetime has not yet announced a return date for the hit reality series.

Amber Portwood: Why She Needs to Be Fired For Her Latest Tirade

Earlier this week, Amber Portwood threatened to quit Teen Mom OG, claiming that the show was not good for her mental health.

Now, it looks as though Portwood's assessment of the situation was spot-on, and she should step away from the spotlight ASAP.

In a series of bizarre rants over the course of the past week, Portwood has launched what she says is a counterattack against fans who have spoken ill of her online.

And her latest tirade has raised some serious concerns about Amber's mental health.

Amber has made no secret of the fact that she's going through a rather difficult time at the moment.

Earlier this week, Amber stated that she plans to quit Teen Mom OG as the show is causing her too much stress.

There was a time when it looked as though Amber was a lost cause, but after welcoming son James back in May, she briefly seemed committed to living a more stable and conscientious life.

Amber has never minced words with fans, but lately, she's been letting loose on social media like never before.

6. Turning Things Around

Amber had a new child with a new partner and the experience seemed to bring her to a better place, which enabled her to be a better mom to daughter Leah.
